Family Reunion

Our annual Douglas reunion was up in Oak City, which is just outside of Delta. It's a really lovely campsite that we used a few years ago - lots of trees, flushing toilets, and a pavilion for all our meals. It ended up being pretty dang cold, but it was a ton of fun to spend time with everyone!

Here are a few things we did:

The campsite was filled with grass and trees and a river,
so we (or rather, Lincoln) did a lot of exploring.

We went on a lot of walks.

We went four-wheeling.

We explored lava tubes.



We went swimming at the county pool.

Looks like we know what to get him for Christmas!

California Dreams

We had a blast on vacation in California this last month. The whole Thayer crew made the 10-12 hour trip to central CA to visit my grandparents, my aunts & uncles, and my cousins. It was great to see everyone and a bit crazy, what with the three baby boys we packed along wherever we went. If there is one thing I know it's that 3 babies=a LOT of gear.

Everyone got to Angel's Camp on Saturday or Sunday (April 18-19) and we all stayed in the same condo for a week. It was a bit tight, but it was fun to all be together. I'll just do a photo montage of the week so you can see our travels:
